We did everything for this company, we were marketing. We started by conducting a naming exercise to make sure all the partners where on the same page about the name and helped them pick one. We build endless waves of logo variations until the ONE was selected. We then moved on the create letterhead, Business plan, a full marketing plan, marketing budget, sales collateral, a website, setting up marketing automation to track leads and create a list of target accounts. We created event assets, branded apparel, sales presentations, flyers postcards. We helped shape the service offering and conducted surveys to back our recommendations.
