We partnered with a new startup with seed funding that wanted to prove their concept had legs. We developed a platform to recruit sellers of rare items giving them social tools, selling tools and the ability to gain an ecommerce following. The prototype had a front end for consumers to search for products, a back end for sellers to put items up for sale and to help them with shipping and processing of purchases. An administrative back end to allow admins to manage the whole platform. Built in a way where we can easily have both a desktop as well as a mobile experience. We created social campaigns that were ready to deploy but the company did not get any further funding and the concept did not gain the following the founders expected. We worked with a very small budget to make a very powerful platform, designing a brand adn creating buzz for its launch all coming in under budget.
