Services / Retention & Lifecycle / Organic social
Organic social posting that keeps you present between visits (video-led, store-focused, on a real cadence) so the feed works even when you’re not running ads.
For brands that need a steady presence: not a viral hit, a reason to stay in the feed.
Always-on store-focused feed · Lowkey
Social · client work
Lowkey: video-led, store-focused social, run on a set cadence since December 2025.
It keeps a brand in the feed between the email and the next visit, so you’re not invisible the moment the ad budget pauses.
We run the calendar end-to-end: video-led, store-focused content posted on a real cadence, built to look like a place worth visiting rather than a brand shouting offers.
AI handles the scheduling, the captions, the first cut. The taste (what’s worth posting, what reads as trying too hard) stays human, because nothing kills a feed faster than corporate trying to be casual.
A planned posting cadence, so the feed never goes dark for three weeks.
Short-form, store-focused video: the format that actually gets watched.
On-brand captions that sound like a person, not a press release.
Run end-to-end across the platforms that matter for your audience.
Content that gives followers a reason to engage, not just scroll past.
Reach, engagement, and what’s worth doing more of.

human-finished: the part you feel
AI schedules and drafts the first pass. Whether a post is worth publishing, or reads as a brand trying too hard to be casual, is a human call. We’d rather post what’s worth watching than post just to post. Frequency isn’t the goal, staying watchable is.

Talk through what this would look like on your brand.
Brand, culture, staff, store and education: not point-of-sale content. Meta’s policies prohibit promoting the sale of cannabis, so posts carrying prices, menus, order links or “shop now” language are what put an account at risk, along with every follower on it. We keep the feed on the brand side of that line and route transactional content to email, SMS and the site, where you own the channel.
Because the feed keeps working when the budget pauses, and for cannabis it’s frequently the only social presence available at all. Paid buys reach; organic builds the thing people check before a first visit. They also feed each other: posts that perform organically are the safest bets to put money behind, and the ones that flop are cheap lessons.
A steady cadence scoped to the platform and audience, agreed up front so the feed never goes dark for three weeks. More posting helps only to the point where quality holds; past that it trains people to scroll past you, which is harder to undo than a quiet week. We’d rather publish fewer things worth watching and keep the schedule honest.
The ones your audience actually uses (for retail that’s usually Instagram and TikTok, weighted to short-form video) and yes, we produce as well as post. Store-focused, staff-led, shot to look like a place worth walking into rather than a product ad. Where brand or campaign work already exists, we atomize it into social cuts instead of starting from scratch.
Reach, saves, shares and profile-to-directions taps: the actions that indicate someone is considering a visit. Attributing a walk-in to a single post isn’t honest, so we don’t claim it. What we do track is whether the audience is growing, which formats hold attention, and whether the feed is being checked before people show up. That’s what organic is for.
We write them, and the test on every one is whether a person would say it out loud. AI drafts the first pass and it reads like a brand every time: editing it back to something human is the actual work. Anything that sounds like a press release, over-explains a joke, or reaches for hashtags it doesn’t need doesn’t go up.
Both can be in scope. Posting is the default; community response is scoped separately because it needs a response window and an escalation path. For regulated retail that matters more than usual: a public question about dosing, medical use or delivery has a right answer and a wrong one. We agree the reply boundaries with you before answering anything.
