Win the shelf you don’t own.

Product displays, display walls, in-store signage, posters, and the screens over the register: physical brand visibility inside someone else’s store, most often a dispensary. We don’t design the store; we design the play that wins your brand the most valuable real estate in it. It’s how Pioneer Valley Extracts got onto 85% of Massachusetts dispensary shelves.

What this pillar is

Digital gets the click. Retail gets the hand.

The buying decision happens in the last three feet: at the shelf, in someone else’s store, where most brands hand the moment to whatever the store puts out. We design the physical play that wins it: displays, walls, signage, posters, and the screens over the register. Not the store’s fixtures: your brand’s visibility inside their floor, built for how people actually shop. It’s most of why Pioneer Valley Extracts holds 85% of Massachusetts dispensary shelves.

Five ways to win the floor.

01 · Product displays

Win the shelf you don’t own.

A digital ad gets a click; a product display gets the hand, and most brands hand that moment to whatever the store puts on the shelf. We design the physical piece that earns your product the look: the materials, the structure, the brand cues, the height a hand reaches for first. Not store fixtures: your brand’s play inside someone else’s store, built so a shopper who walked in for something else walks out with you. And built to still read full and on-brand at 20% stock: the state a display spends most of its life in.

02 · Display walls

Turn a wall in their store into your brand.

A single display competes for the shelf; a display wall owns the room. When a shopper rounds the corner and an entire section reads as one brand, the decision is half-made before they pick anything up. We do the whole wall: the design, the buildout, and everything on it: shelving, product staging, signage, the brand environment. This is the deep end of retail merchandising, physical-space work most digital agencies won’t touch. We built Perpetual from a $20K start to $400K, and the in-store environment did load-bearing work in that growth.

03 · In-store signage

The signage that closes the sale at arm’s reach.

The shopper is at the shelf, deciding; the budtender is three customers deep. In that gap, your signage is the only thing making your case, and most brands leave it to a sticker. We design the pieces that work the shelf: the shelf-talker that answers the one question, the header that frames the section, the point-of-sale piece that catches a hand at the register. Small surfaces, high leverage. In cannabis especially, signage sells and has to clear compliance: we design for both, so it persuades without getting pulled.

04 · Posters & standees

Be the brand they see before they reach the shelf.

The shelf is where the decision closes; the poster by the door is where it starts. A shopper who’s already seen your name on a standee reaches for it differently than one meeting it cold. We design the printed presence (posters, standees, flyers, postcards) that warms a shopper up before they reach your product, and we map where each piece goes based on how shoppers actually move through the store. A standee where a shopper naturally pauses is a salesperson; the same standee in the wrong spot is furniture. It’s the affordable, high-frequency layer: the easiest place for a brand to start owning in-store presence.

05 · Digital / TV signage

Own the screen over the register.

Every dispensary has screens, and every shopper in line is staring at one: the most-watched surface in the store, which most brands cede to a static menu the store made in an afternoon. We design the digital signage that earns it: menu layouts that move product, brand spots that play between, promotions timed to the moment a shopper’s deciding. Motion, brand, and merchandising on the one surface that already has the room’s attention: designed for the four-second glance a shopper in line actually gives it, and built to run clean inside compliance.
