Posters, standees, flyers, and postcards that plant your brand the moment a shopper walks in, so by the time they hit your product, they already know the name.
For brands that want presence the second a shopper enters, not just at the point of sale.

brand touches before shelf
The shelf is where the decision closes. The poster by the door is where it starts. A shopper who’s already seen your name on a standee reaches for it differently than one meeting it cold.
We design the printed presence (posters, standees, flyers, postcards) that warms a shopper up before they reach your product. Floor-standing, wall-mounted, counter-top, take-home: each one a touch that makes the shelf decision feel like recognition instead of a first impression.
This is the affordable, high-frequency layer of retail merchandising. It’s also where consumer psychology earns its keep: a standee placed where a shopper pauses is worth more than a billboard they drive past.
Wall presence that plants the brand the moment a shopper looks up.
Floor-standing brand presence placed where a shopper actually pauses: not where there’s empty floor.
Take-home pieces that carry the brand out the door and back for the next visit.
Where each piece goes, based on how shoppers move through the store: not where it fits.
One visual language across every printed surface, so it reads as a brand campaign.
Built inside the regulated-industry rules so every piece can go up and stay up.
Three pieces sized to be read from across a floor. The first two are shown as approved design, before install.

human-finished: the part you feel
A standee in the wrong spot is furniture. A standee where a shopper naturally pauses is a salesperson. Knowing the difference takes walking the floor and watching how people move: not guessing from a layout. That read is the human part.
of Massachusetts dispensaries carry Pioneer Valley Extracts: a brand a shopper recognizes before the shelf, because we built the full in-store presence, posters and standees included
“By the time someone gets to our product, they’ve already seen us three times in the store. That’s by design.”

A standee is a freestanding printed display: usually a die-cut panel or near-life-size figure on rigid board with a folding easel back. In retail it’s the piece that plants your brand at the entrance, the end of an aisle, or wherever a shopper naturally pauses, well before they reach the shelf where the decision closes.
Most standees ship flat and assemble in seconds: the printed face folds out and a hinged strut locks into a slot on the back to hold it upright. That simplicity is a design requirement, not a detail. If a store employee has to work out how it goes together, the standee ends up in the back room. We spec the strut and footprint so it survives a real floor.
Retail standees are typically corrugated or foam board: light, inexpensive, and suited to a promotional run of weeks to a few months. Posters run on paper for short campaigns or laminated stock for long ones. A piece that has to survive a year in a busy store needs a rigid substrate and a laminate, which changes both price and lead time. We spec to how long it genuinely needs to live.
Where shoppers already stop: the entrance, the queue at the register, a decision point where they’re weighing two options. A standee in open floor space is furniture; the same piece placed where someone is already standing still gets read. We map placement against how people move through that specific store, then design each piece for the spot it’s going in.
It’s usually the best entry point in this pillar. Posters, standees, flyers, and postcards are the lowest-cost, highest-frequency layer: you can establish real presence across a set of stores for a fraction of what a display program or a wall costs. It’s also the fastest to produce, so it’s the layer to test placement with before committing to fabrication.
They do a job the in-store pieces can’t: they leave with the shopper. A take-home card carries the brand out the door and gives someone a reason and a route back: a new drop, a loyalty signup, a reorder. In categories where you can’t retarget a customer digitally, a physical take-home is one of the few bridges you have to the next visit.
Thirty minutes with a principal: the person who would run the work, not a salesperson or an account manager. You pick a time and you’re on the calendar; there’s no form-then-wait and no discovery call to qualify you for another call. We spend the first few minutes on what’s got you looking, then you walk us through your situation and we give our read in real time. You leave with an honest opinion on which part of this you should do first and which you can skip: whether or not you hire us.
